How much does it really cost?

We want to sell our house, but the surveyor said this foam insulation will make our sale extremely difficult. We never knew the foam can create such problems, until we decided to sell it. What a shame, we needed to sell as soon as possible. Now, we contacted some local specialists, and we reveived a quote of £4000.00 to remove the foam insulation.......£4000.00 Thats crazy. Have anyone else had removed this type of insulation, if so how much did you pay for it, we are deperate now. Any advice will be very very welcome
